NUMPAD9 > NO COOLDOWNS*
NUMPAD0 > NO PHASELOCK COOLDOWN*

*Options are toggleables ON/OFF

Game crashes enabling trainer?, try this steps.
PAUSE GAME -> Enable Trainer -> RESUME GAME.
